This is one of my favourite places when I visit Canada. It is so filling and tasty ! The Potatoes are my favourite ! My kids love the rice that come in the Shawrma platter. And not to forget – the shawarma itself is the best. The potion is so huge. Highly recommended.
This is a very delicious store and I have to say, it was an incredible experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredible awesome and were friendly and eager to help.The portions were generous, and I appreciated the attention to quality in every bite.If you’re a shawarma lover or just looking for a delicious meal, I highly recommend Shawarma palace at this location. I can’t wait to go back.
This place is crowded with a lot of happy return customers. I’m one of those. The line is very long going all the way to the door. Staff are efficient so you can order your food pretty fast and then a little wait. It’s ok to wait a little as the food is good. The price is a little bit more than the other shawarma restaurants but then the portion is almost double. One order can feed 3. They give you 2 pita bread. There are a lot of tables and half of the customers are getting take out. We tried the chicken shawarma platter both times. It’s around 23-ish plus tax. The place is clean as the staff clean up the tables and floor continuously. I certainly will return.
We catered the mixed meat buffet option for our small event. The food was plentiful and fantastic. Customer service was very responsive and accommodating as we did have some dietary restrictions.
Best shawarma I have tired so far in shawarma capital city Ottawa. One falafel platter(20) is good enough for 2 people and it comes with 2 small pitas. So it is best to order 1plater instead of ordering 2 small falafel sandwiches(9.5x2). Staff were having internal communication problems with orders and rushing the order while making the falafel sandwich. Overall very good experience.
Excellent food excellent people. Service wise- she saw I was in line for an additional drink and saw there was 2 ppl in line and just told me to pay after; which shows empathy and was nice to see. Portion size was ridiculous, also nice to see
I have eaten at many schwarma places. You do not see many reviews from me about these places. You'll notice I gave a five star to this place. From the moment I walked in, it was inviting, clean and wonderful atmosphere. The gentleman that was taking me order was absolutely accommodating, polite, and a pleasure. When we received our food it Was truly astounding. The flavors on the plate we're all fantastic. You can tell by the hub of people coming in and out that they all love this place. And I was even told by some in the line up that they love this place. I forgot to take pictures inside because I was so focused on the wonderful meal. But I will tell you the inside of this place is very nicely put together. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of free parking. Keep up the good work!
My favourite shawarma place in the city! Took my mom here for her first shawarma ever for Mother's Day, and she absolutely loved it! The staff are always fun and friendly, the food superb, and the restaurant clean and well-lit. The chicken sandwich is superb, and the garlic potatoes are always a delicious hit. A must visit for sure!
